The structure of Hsin Ten Australia is based on the concept of
Multi-Level Marketing. A person becomes a distributor of Hsin Ten
Australia when he/she purchases a membership kit. As a distributor,
he/she is then able to sell Hsin Ten products to other people they
know. The distributor will earn personal commission from his/her
own sales but will also earn group commission from the sales of
people who he/she has sponsored.

The Marketing Plan Explained
The Marketing plan the we use at Hsin Ten is actually rather simple
to follow, and once you have a clear understanding of the technicalities
and details, you will be able to see how relatively easy it is
to advance up the Hsin Ten ladder and benefit greatly from the
rewards. The process
is easy to get started. First of all you purchase a membership
kit. This membership kit includes a copy of the Hsin
Ten (Aust.) Pty Ltd Handbook, an audiotape with a radio interview
by our health care consultant Dr. John Hinwood about the benefits
of the Chi Machine, and a copy of all the company’s’ product
brochures. Once you have purchased the membership kit you are assigned
an Identification Number and you can begin to start selling Hsin
Ten products and gaining commission. However, commission is only
paid out once you have sold 58BVPs worth of Hsin Ten products.
BVP, or Business Volume Points are the way we calculate what has
been sold and how much commission each distributor is entitled
to. We calculate 1 BVP as AUSD$10.00. The base price of the Chi
Machine is worked out to be AUSD$580.00, so the amount of BVP acquired
from the sale of each Chi Machine is 58 BVP.
There are six levels that can be attained by a member of Hsin
Ten. These are Member, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Supervisor,
Manager and finally Group Manager.
Once you have 58BVP under your belt, this is where the commission
payments get started. Let us first talk about Personal Sales Commission
(PSC). This is the commission that you receive when you yourself
sell a machine to a first time user (someone who has not previously
purchased Hsin Ten products). Once you have sold one machine (58BVP),
you become a Consultant and once you are a Consultant, you are
entitled to receive 15% commission for every sale that you make.
Once you have sold 3 Chi machines, or the equivalent of 174 BVP,
then you become a Senior Consultant and are entitled to 20% commission
from personal sales. After sales of 10 machines, or 580BVP, you
are promoted to the position of Supervisor. At the position of
Supervisor you receive 28% commission on your personal sales.
After the position of Supervisor there is another requirement
that needs to be met when looking for promotion to the next level.
In order to move up to the next position on the ladder, that of
Manager, you need to have sold 65 machines in a six-month floating
period (3770BVP), and you also need to have three supervisors in
your direct downline. At the position of Manager you are entitled
to receive 38% commission from personal sales. And then there is
the final leg, the step to the top, which is the position of Group
Manager. For you to qualify as Group Manager, you must first sell
a total of 393 machines (22794bvp), within a six-month floating
period, as well as have 3 Managers on your downline. At this, the
highest level attainable as a distributor for Hsin Ten, you receive
47% commission on each personal sale you make.
So, this is how you advance from one level to another. At first
glance it may look hard, but you must remember that the sales that
you must make, and the way we calculate the sales, is not just
sales made directly by you to new users, but the sales that all
your downline make as well.
Hsin Ten does
not offer only one kind of commission to our distributors. There
are three in total. The second being Group Sales Commission
(GSC). This is the commission that you receive when your downline
makes sales. This form of commission ranges from 5% to 32%. This
is how it works. Say you are a Senior Consultant, with a Consultant
in your downline. When the Consultant makes a sale, you receive
5% commission on this sale (20%: Senior Consultants’ PSC,
15%: Consultants’ PSC. GSC = 20-15 = 5%). Another example
would be if you were a Group Manager and a Supervisor in your downline
sold a machine to a new user. You as a Group Manager would receive
19% commission (47%- 28%= 19%).
The third form of commission that you can receive is Training
Commission. This Training Commission, however, is only available
to those distributors who reach Supervisor or Manager level. We
provide this form of Commission in case one of your downlines should
end up at the same level as you, therefore preventing you gaining
Group Commission. Training commission ranges from 2- 4%. As a supervisor,
if there is another Supervisor in your first generation downline,
and that Supervisor makes a sale, you receive 4% commission on
that sale. This applies only to first generation downline for the
Supervisor level. Once you reach Manager level, and your first
generation Manager makes a sale, you receive 3% commission on this
sale. As a Manager, you also receive Training Commission from your
second-generation downline. So, if a Manager in you second generation
downline makes a sales, you receive 2% Training Commission from
him.
As a Group Manager, at the top end of the scale, when you have
Group Managers in your downlines, you are also entitled to receive
Bonuses, these include a Travel Bonus (1%) and a Leadership Bonus
(6%). These Bonuses make up another 7% commission, therefore giving
a Group Manager an ultimate receivership of 54% commission.
Conditions do apply to Training Commission and Group Manager Bonuses.

So as you can see, being a member of Hsin Ten and distributing
the products can benefit you greatly, health and wealth wise. You
must remember that sales accumulated always include the sales made
by your downline. Success in Hsin Ten is a question of self-motivation,
planning, dedication and clever networking, but once you have put
in the hard work, you can sit back and reap the benefits of your
actions.
